Most of all, we need suppliers for whom continuous improvement is a way of life, and innovation is second nature. We want to work with our supplier partners to bring best practice to life and to embed this approach in our daily interactions.

Our specialist procurement teams are integrated via our Group Procurement Council and share best practices and supplier insights across the Group.

Common expenditures across the company are managed and governed using a Group-Led Category Management approach and we rely on joint Procurement teams sharing the leadership of our procurement improvement projects and initiatives.
