Our specialist procurement teams are integrated via our Group Procurement Council and share best practices and supplier insights across the Group.

Common expenditures across the company are managed and governed using a Group-Led Category Management approach and we rely on joint Procurement teams sharing the leadership of our procurement improvement projects and initiatives.
